📍 Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term Role
Before You Apply — Read This Carefully
This is not an entry-level role.
This is not a training position.
This is not a short-term or transitional job.
We are looking for a seasoned, licensed insurance professional who already knows how a State Farm agency works and can produce independently in a remote environment.
If you need heavy supervision, are new to insurance, or are “seeing what’s out there,” this role will not be a good fit.
Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Quoting and binding auto, home, and other P&C products
  • Identifying Life & Health opportunities when appropriate
  • Accurately documenting all activity and conversations
  • Following agency workflows and compliance standards
  • Communicating proactively with the team
  • Protecting the customer experience and agency reputation
You will be trusted to represent the agency independently.
You might be a great fit if you
  • Are already licensed (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health preferred)
  • Have prior State Farm agency experience
  • Have successfully worked remotely before
  • Are comfortable owning your results without micromanagement
  • Want a stable, long-term role, not a stepping stone
  • Take pride in doing things the right way, not the fastest way
Success in this position includes consistent production, clean and compliant files, professional and confident phone presence, minimal errors/rework. The customers you assist should feel informed, respected, and confident, and you should show up prepared for each day. We're looking for someone who is trustworthy and accountable to join our team!
Remote Work Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Dedicated, quiet home workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Ability to work standard business hours consistently
  • Professional phone and video presence
  • Strong time-management and self-discipline
Remote work here is a responsibility, not a perk.
Compensation
  • Competitive base pay (based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Stable, long-term opportunity for the right fit
Details discussed during interview.
To be considered, please include a cover letter containing
  1. A brief explanation of your State Farm agency experience
  2. Your current licenses
  3. One sentence on why remote work suits you
  4. Confirmation that you are seeking a long-term role
Applications that skip these steps will not be reviewed.
Please do not apply if you
  • Are newly licensed or unlicensed
  • Have never worked in a State Farm agency
  • Need daily oversight to stay productive
  • Are juggling multiple jobs during business hours
  • Are in the middle of major life transitions that will impact availability
  • Dislike structure, accountability, or clear expectations
Our customers trust us with important decisions, so we are intentional about who we bring onto our team. If you are experienced, disciplined, and looking for a professional home where quality and accountability matter — we’d love to talk.

This is a remote position.
