"I don't know about you guys but I was being ripped off by my old insurance agency. I was forced to switch companies due to my home insurance refusing to renew here in New Mexico, casted my net, got some quotes and both my home insurance and car insurance bundle were less than what I was paying before. Literally saved me half of what I was paying for my car insurance over a 6 month premium. Toni was very helpful, answered all my questions and I am a happy camper for the time being. Thanks Toni!"

"Just want to start out by saying I've had nothing but poor service and dealings with Insurance companies. The big ones especially Geico, Farm Bureau, Progressive, Allstate Etc.. Obviously all companies have their pros and cons, but I am someone who deals in the facts. Here are some of them from this particular Agency.. First off, hands down the best customer service i've ever had with an insurance company. Sarah is amazing at her job and really communicates with you on everything. Very professional and caring towards her job and the clients. My last Insurance company increased my rates three times in one year. - State Farm decreased my rates twice in one year WITH additions to my policy. My wife had Farm Bureau Insurance for 10+ years, when we decided to switch to State Farm we added an extra vehicle and still saved over a hundred a month. We recently were in an auto accident. State Farm had everything done within a week. The auto shop even had washed and cleaned the inside of our vehicle and said we do that for all State Farm claims. I could keep going!! If you are needing Insurance on anything, I highly recommend State Farm and this Particular Agency. The facts dont lie, they are definitely doing things correctly."

"Horrible customer service from this office. No one ever answers your questions. Just "someone will call you back" but they never do. Just a bunch of kids answering the phones. Have no idea how to handle customer issues. I am so fed up with Toni and her team. Really poor choice on my part to put my trust in her. No matter how many times I call, I get "she's in an appointment". I will renew with SF but not this office!"

"Shopping for insurance for a home and vehicles is pretty stressful these days but I have to say, Sarah made it much less so. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and prompt with all communication. I retired after 30 years working at another major insurance company so I know what I'm talking about when I say she's one of the best in the industry. As a bonus, I also know a great deal about how various insurance companies operate and there are some you absolutely do not want to insure with. State Farm one of the ones you do want."

"Visited the State Farm office for the first time to pay my insurance bill. Apparently, they do not accept cash. Paid by debit card. I prefer to pay cash. They accept check or cards. Some businesses in my area take cash only...no checks or cards. Driving to Dallas tomorrow to deposit the cash in my credit union. We don't have my credit union here in East Texas."
